The BCCI has set up a sub-committee to oversee the running of the Jammu and Kashmir Cricket Association. The decision is based on a court order. Last March, the BCCI was asked to set up a division bench committee in the Jammu and Kashmir High Court.

Sourav Ganguly, Jay Shah, Arun Dhamal, and Rajiv Shukla were included in the BCCI committee at that time. The BCCI has now decided to set up a sub-committee to oversee the day-to-day operations of the association.

This sub-committee will also function under the supervision of the main committee. The committee consists of Brigadier Anil Gupta, Mithun Manhas, and Sunil Sethi.
